SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/WM Senior Functional Consultant to join our SAP Operations & Finance team supporting the North Asia (NA) and SAPMENA regions. The consultant will play a key role in SAP application support, enhancements, projects, and integration initiatives, focusing on Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, including implementation, system integration, support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L4 support for SAP MM/WM incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure system stability.
• Work with business and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure SAP MM/WM and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and user training.
• Lead MM/WM integration activities for new brand onboarding and business expansion projects.
• Support integrations with SAP SD, FICO, EWM, Supply Chain, and third-party logistics systems.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Partner with regional business and IT stakeholders across North Asia and SAPMENA.
• Facilitate workshops and provide recommendations on MM/WM process improvements and SAP best practices.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of SAP MM/WM functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong configuration expertise in:
• SAP Materials Management (MM)
• SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP environments in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of:
• Procurement and purchasing processes
• Inventory management
• Warehouse operations
• Goods movements and stock management
• Experience in SAP system integrations and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
