JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
2) Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide
appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate and document customer
requirements
3) Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
4) Map client business requirements, processes and objectives develops necessary product
modifications to satisfy clients needs.
5) Design, customize, configure and testing of MM
6) Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
7) Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software
problems.
8) Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
9) Document functional designs, test cases and results.
10)Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
11)Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
12)Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
13) Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
14) Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior
members
