Sap Mm Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong EDI/IDOC expertise to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MM processes while ensuring seamless integration with EDI/IDOC interfaces.

12-month contract

Hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support the SAP MM module, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot EDI/IDOC interfaces for seamless data exchange with external systems and partners.

Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate MM-EDI integration.

Manage incident handling, root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to SAP MM and EDI/IDOC processes.

Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and defect resolution for MM and EDI/IDOC-related scenarios.

Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business users and team members.

Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transition projects if required.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant.

Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution processes.

Proven experience in EDI/IDOC design, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with integration between MM and other modules (SD, FI, WM, PP).

Experience with testing tools (HP ALM, JIRA, Solution Manager, etc.).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

Knowledge of third-party middleware integration for EDI (Seeburger, PI/PO, etc.).

Hands-on ABAP debugging skills for IDOC error resolution.
