About The Role
Accenture is seeking an experienced Associate Manager specializing in SAP Materials Management (MM) to lead and deliver SAP implementation and rollout programs. This role plays a critical part in helping organizations optimize procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes through SAP-enabled transformation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology professionals to drive successful project outcomes while supporting business process excellence and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects across multiple business functions and geographies.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP MM solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Configure and support SAP MM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Material Master Data, and Invoice Verification.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design, test, and deploy integrated SAP solutions.
Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and user acceptance testing activities.
Support cutover planning, data migration validation, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
Mentor team members and contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM, including end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
Proven experience in SAP MM configuration and business process design.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and materials management processes.
Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation programs and managing stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated project leadership experience with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
