SAP MDG Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to design, configure, and deploy master data governance solutions on SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will own the end-to-end MDG solution across one or more data domains, working directly with client stakeholders to establish governance processes, data models, and workflows that ensure high-quality, consistent master data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP MDG across Design–Build–Test–Deploy phases, working independently in a client-facing capacity.

• Configure MDG central governance for relevant domains — Material (MDG-M), Business Partner / Customer / Supplier (MDG-BP/C/S), and Finance (MDG-F) — including custom and standard data models.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have 7 years of MDG experience with 2 full cycle Implementation experience.

• Proven hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP MDG on S/4HANA 

• Strong command of MDG data modeling, change request configuration, and process modeling.

• Ability to work independently and lead client-facing workshops and design discussions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
