SAP Key User/Superuser

Responsibilities

• Act as the key regional SAP User/SME for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. Address daily SAP operations, resolve user issues, and collaborate with SAP/IT teams and external consultants for solutions. Promote standardized processes and efficient transaction practices. Identify and implement opportunities for improving, simplifying, and automating business processes through SAP. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements. Collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders to assess and implement improvements. Represent users in SAP-related projects, upgrades, and improvement initiatives. Coordinate and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Train end users on SAP processes and develop supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with governance, data quality, and internal controls related to SAP processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP in a business environment. Proven experience in roles such as SAP Key User, Super User, SME, or Process Owner. Experience with SAP support, process improvement, and project documentation. Knowledge of SAP modules including SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, or HR/HCM is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical SAP solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
