Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assess the existing integration landscape and determine whether integrations should be repointed, modified, redesigned, or retired.
Migrate integrations from ECC to S/4HANA without requiring changes to external systems.
Handle S/4HANA data model changes within Integration Suite, including Business Partner, field-length changes, and changes to IDocs/BAPIs.
Harmonize organizational structures and master data across multiple ECC systems using value mappings and routing logic.
Design and build new integrations using S/4HANA released APIs and clean-core principles.
Develop iFlows hands-on, including Groovy, mapping, XSLT, exception handling, IDoc, RFC, SOAP/Proxy, OData, REST, SFTP, and AS2.
Lead offshore developers, including specification preparation/approval, code reviews, standards enforcement, and blocker resolution.
Coordinate with external system owners and client IT teams across functional, Basis, security, and network areas.
Lead SIT, regression testing, UAT support, cutover, and hypercare.
Set up SAP Cloud ALM Integration & Exception Monitoring, alerting, and support runbooks.
Required Skills
Expert-level SAP Integration Suite/CPI experience covering iFlows, Groovy, mapping, adapters, security, and API Management.
Strong understanding of ECC and S/4HANA integration differences, including Business Partner/CVI, IDoc, BAPI, and Proxy.
Experience with multi-system consolidation and data harmonization.
Hands-on SAP Cloud ALM monitoring experience.
Experience with SAP Cloud Connector, BTP cockpit, certificates, and OAuth.
Experience leading onsite/offshore teams with strong communication skills.
Experience in at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration or consolidation program with integration responsibility.
SAP PI/PO background is an advantage.
Preferred Certification: SAP Certified Associate – Integration Developer.
