Responsibilities:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development is required. Expert level of proficiency in SAP Fiori is recommended. Develop innovative solutions using SAP ABAP Development to enhance application functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Fiori for improved user experience. Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP development to drive continuous improvement.

Skills
. Strong ABAP (OO-ABAP, ALV, performance tuning, debugging).
. File-based interface development (Open Dataset, FTP/SFTP, error handling).
. OData service creation (CRUDQ operations, SAP Gateway, Fiori integration).
. Reports & enhancements (ALV, User Exits, BADIs, enhancements).
HR Domain Knowledge
. HR master data, payroll, and time management structures.
. HR authorizations and security concepts

- Core ABAP (HR ABAP is advantage)
