We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with strong expertise in SuccessFactors EC/ECP, SAP Time Management, and Payroll, combined with hands-on ABAP debugging and technical integration skills. This role blends functional leadership with technical problem-solving to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and deliver enhancements across Payroll, Time, and EC/ECP.
- Provide techno-functional support: functional specs, ABAP debugging, custom developments, and interface monitoring (IDoc, BAPI, PI/PO, Web Services).
- Drive change requests, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with vendors to strengthen delivery capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data privacy requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with hands-on config in EC/ECP, Payroll, and Time schemas/rules.
- Proven techno-functional expertise in ABAP debugging, HR interfaces, and enhancements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Advantage: Experience in multi-country/regional SAP HCM landscapes.
