Key Responsibilities:
Evaluating and develop and deploy reliable and efficient Payroll and Time solutions for complex business and standard legal requirements for Singapore. Defining system requirements in collaboration with project delivery teams and business team, creating detailed functional specifications, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance, and deployment solution.
Technical Experience:
Very good knowledge in SAP Payroll/Time Management and SuccessFactors Data Replication.
Must have expertise knowledge in Singapore Payroll.
Must be good at Payroll and Time Management PCR's and Schema.
Must have good experience to working security team on Authorise & Role of HR. At least 3 to 4 SAP Payroll implementation project experience, should have experience in support project, HRSP/SPS upgrades.
Liaise with Business owners to diagnose problems with existing SAP Payroll and Time Solutions.
Should handle upgrades and year activities and knowledge on Data migration.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication on how to handle existing business process owners.
Confident in communicating and presenting solutions at a business level to key stakeholders.
Open to pick up new modules or roles for various work assignments
