About The Role
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, partnering closely with clients to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready capabilities. You will drive end-to-end transformation programs, shaping finance operating models while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs from strategy and roadmap through implementation
Advise clients on future-state finance operating models, incorporating automation, analytics, and AI-enabled processes
Translate complex business challenges into value-driven SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
Engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership, on transformation agendas and value realization
Lead solutioning and proposal development, including business cases and client presentations
Drive AI-enabled finance use cases such as predictive analytics, intelligent reconciliation, and process automation
Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, including global delivery teams
Contribute to capability building in finance transformation, advisory, and AI-led SAP solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong S/4HANA transformation exposure
Proven experience delivering at least three end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
Strong expertise in core SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and their business applications
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at leadership level
Demonstrated ability in solutioning, proposal development, or pre-sales activities
Experience leading teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled transformation outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in finance transformation consulting beyond system implementation
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and analytics within finance functions
Exposure to use cases such as forecasting, close optimization, and anomaly detection
Experience managing large-scale, complex transformation programs
Consulting background with a track record of delivering client impact
