. Should have excellent functional skill FICO

o e.g. Configuration and training skills in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting, IOs and WBS, Document Splitting

. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements

. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.

. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems.

. Should have experience on resolving system integration issues
