Responsibilities
- Support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Provide primary application support, incident recovery, problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents.
- Determine issue type from first-level support (contact centre) and perform second-level investigation (data, application usage, procedures, processes, systems, network, etc.), escalating to extended parties if required.
- Track contact centre tickets to identify technical issues, resolve them, or escalate to the responsible teams.
- Work effectively in a cross-functional environment and integrate with other IT teams to ensure project support.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FICO support.
- Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting processes.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
