Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions to meet organizational needs
- Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, etc.)
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) for integration points
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for SAP FICO-related problems
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams for development
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and controlling processes
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
- Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD)
