Your New Role
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP solutions, driving business integration, and advising clients with industry best practices.
As SAP Fico Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Provide business solutions with specialized expertise in SAP FICO and related modules.
- Lead and mentor team members, sharing industry best practices.
- Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into implementable designs.
- Deliver consulting services to internal and external teams, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Plan, design, execute, and report on testing activities in line with project standards.
- Design and deliver training programs to empower users and teams.
- Facilitate integration testing across SAP modules and interfaces to validate end-to-end processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 6-12 years of SAP implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end projects.
- Strong expertise in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and banking interfaces, with deep integration knowledge of OTC and P2P processes.
- Hands-on experience in CO-PA, CO-PCA, Cost Center, Project Accounting, Internal Orders, and product costing.
- Proficiency in SAP IDOC design, testing, and processing.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology (Blueprint, Realization, Final Prep & Cutover).
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, documentation (functional specs), and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA Enterprise Management & Cloud ALM is a plus.
- SAP Cloud ERP implementation experience or certification is an advantage.
- Industry knowledge in pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements is an advantage.
