SAP Enterprise Solution Architect

The SAP Enterprise Solution Architect is a lead role, responsible for proactively leading SAP Solution Architecture consulting and addressing business outcomes, both process and technical. This role is responsible for ensuring the management of pre-sales technical activities and support to Sales teams during presentations and demonstrations of business outcomes and services.

Key Responsibilities:

. Participate with the sales team in proactively driving the presales process with clients. This may include conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions, and delivering presentations. Leads the evolution of the Solution Architecture function.

. Contributes to the vision, goals, and measures of success for the Solution Architecture function, recognizing the current team maturity and skills of the team members.

. Supports Enterprise Applications with large complex solution design with clients and lead/support the internal service and technical teams to enable business outcome and requirements mapping.

. Integrates services, processes, applications, data, technology through a design process across multiple domains, delivery units, or geography.

. Interfaces between business stakeholders assigned to client account to develop an integrated solution strategy.

. Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the SAP solution architecture and best practices based on changing business needs, and knowledge related to recent, current, and upcoming offerings and solutions.

. Coaches/mentors and provides leadership to engage with other team members and acts as advisor and decision-maker in solution design situations.

. Interprets, influences, and develops IT strategies, as well as implements the execution of the strategies.

. Provides advice for the Managed Services/Services strategy, innovation, operations, architecture and infrastructure required to deliver efficient and effective platforms fundamental to business success and client satisfaction.

. Contributes to the management of large SAP application and business technology portfolios, using frameworks, lifecycle, and various methodologies and tools.

. Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation, and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the SAP Solution Architecture objectives are consistent with the business long-term business objectives.

. Provides timely and high-quality reports and briefings on architecture roadmap, strategic initiatives and architecture metrics to executive leadership.

. Support the Sales cycle in helping them understand customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification - mitigation, presentation and decision

Your experience:

. Significant technical leadershipexperience in an SAP, managing within matrix org, processes, and budgets to achieve divisional objectives.

. Significant experience with and understanding of the deliverables and value proposition.

. Significant client engagementand consulting experience coupled with substantial experience in change management and the ability to recognize opportunities for future business.

. Significant experience in integrating the solution for the project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices

. Significant strategic, business development and pre-sales experience.

. Significant experience of IT industry environment and business needs, combined with substantial experience in business processes, applications, and infrastructure architecture.

. Analytical: ability to examine various component parts and bring them together in a cohesive strategy. Commercially savvy with strong commercial skills

Qualification:

. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required

. Language - Fluency in English. Fluency in any other Asian language would be an asset

. 12+ years of SAP & Enterprise Architecture with Presales experience preferably in Manufacturing and Consumer Goods areas

. SAP certifications and Project Management certifications (PMP, CITPM etc)

. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory, additional knowledge/ experience in any SAP solution is an advantage such as DMC/DSC, SuccessFactors, Signavio, BTP, etc.

. Strong knowledge of technical concepts related to SAP solutions and end to end best practice process

. Proficiency in designing scalable and high-performance integration solutions

. Excellent communicators who can explain complex concepts in clear, concise language for technical and non-technical stakeholders
