Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution consulting for SAP engagements, from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and SAP best practices.
- Translate business challenges into SAP-centric solutions-particularly leveraging S/4HANA and GROW with SAP-through strategic engagement with client C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Architect and oversee scalable, future-ready SAP implementations, integrating with cloud, data, and enterprise platforms to maximize business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor for SAP transformation initiatives, driving adoption, innovation, and long-term value realization.
- Support sales activities by collaborating with SAP and other service lines to shape integrated, cross-functional solutions and proposals.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance consulting culture within SAP delivery and pre-sales environments.
Sales & Pre-Sales:
- Assess client needs and respond to RFPs: Engage with clients to assess their needs, gather requirements, and effectively respond to RFPs with well-crafted solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations that clearly showcase the value of the solution to clients.
- Identify growth opportunities in accounts: Continuously identify opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.
- Contribute to pricing and contract strategy: Work closely with sales teams to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts that align with both client needs and company objectives
Technical Expertise:
- Craft innovative and scalable SAP solutions: Design and propose innovative, scalable solutions that address client SAP needs while aligning with industry best practices.
- Conceptualize and communicate SAP architectural blueprints: Create and communicate clear and actionable architectural blueprints that guide solution implementation and execution.
- Develop phased implementation strategies for SAP solutions: Develop comprehensive phased implementation strategies that ensure smooth deployment and alignment with client timelines.
- Bridge the gap between technical and executive communication: Effectively translate technical details into language that resonates with business and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across all levels.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and drive teams throughAgile/Waterfall lifecycles: Lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks: Proactively identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive consensus among diverse stakeholders: Facilitate consensus-building among diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
- Develop and implement change management strategies: Lead the development of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new solutions within client organizations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales, and client-facing activities.
- Experience in strategic advisory and delivering thought leadership to senior executives.
- Expertise in crafting technical solutions and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management, with experience leading teams through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to C-suite executives.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a globally distributed environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to client engagements.
- Performed as the Solution Consultant Lead for deals larger than $5$10 million
