Sap Business Warehouse Lead Consultant

Are you a hands-on SAP BW expert ready to take the lead on transformative data projects Were looking for a SAP BI/BW Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge reporting and analytics solutions for a leading organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP BW initiatives from requirements gathering to delivery and support.

Design and optimize data models, queries, and reports that align with business needs.

Work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to integrate HR-related extractors and ensure seamless data flows.

Build and maintain BW objects (DataSources, InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes, etc.) while ensuring performance and scalability.

Mentor junior team members and champion best practices across projects.

Manage integrations from SAP ECC and other systems, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Partner with Business Objects tools (e.g., WebI) to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in SAP BW/BI solution design, development, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in HR-related BW extractors and cross-module integrations.
• Skilled in managing large-scale SAP BW projects with tight timelines.
