As an SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; recommend effective solutions and alternatives.
- Support application analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance in an enterprise environment.
- Provide end-user and Level 2/3 application support, including incident resolution, system monitoring, and on-call coverage.
- Ensure system stability, integration, security, and compliance with quality and change control procedures.
- Lead or support application and technology projects, including UAT, user training, and stakeholder coordination.
- Create and maintain required documentation, test cases, and operational materials.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to manage priorities, communicate trade-offs, and align solutions.
- Participate in audits, security assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 is required.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Employee Central is preferred.
- Experience with SAP ECC HCM (OM/PA), hybrid on-premise and cloud environments, and LMS is an advantage.
