Business Analyst- SAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Provide support for SAP system implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and system changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to maximise system adoption and efficiency.
• Monitor SAP system performance and propose enhancements to optimise operations.
