We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Central Finance (CFIN), Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), and Profitability & Performance Management (PAPM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting financial solutions that enable enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support S/4HANA Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- Implement Central Finance (CFIN) for real-time financial consolidation and reporting.
- Support SAP BPC for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Enable SAP PAPM for profitability analysis, scenario modeling, and performance optimization.
- Manage Application Interface Framework (AIF) for error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation of CFIN postings.
- Oversee SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) for real-time replication of financial data from source systems into CFIN.
- Ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA Finance, CFIN, BPC, and PAPM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities during transformation projects.
- Establish governance processes for master data consistency across systems.
- Ensure solutions adhere to financial regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
- Provide expertise in SAP licensing, compliance, and system controls.
- Partner with finance leadership to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready reporting.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users.
Profile:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) configuration and support.
- Proven expertise in CFIN, BPC, and PAPM modules.
- Solid understanding of AIF and SLT as key dependencies for CFIN.
- Experience in SAP integration, data migration, and system upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification(s) in Finance, BPC, or PAPM.
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or migration programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and reporting tools would be advantageous
