SAP BI/BW Lead#SgUnitedJobs

Require 8-12 years of experience

Solid experience in design, development, and delivery of end-to-end SAP BW solutions, including data modeling and reporting.
Provide subject matter expertise in HR-related BW extractors and support integration with SAP HR and other functional modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized BW data models, queries, and reporting solutions.
Build and maintain SAP BW data flows (DataSources, InfoObjects, DSO, InfoCubes etc.).
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and project timelines.
Manage data extraction and integration from SAP ECC and other source systems into SAP BW, ensuring accuracy, quality, and scalability.
Drive performance optimization of data loads, queries, and reporting objects across the BW landscape.
Lead SAP BW implementation projects including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Support integration of BW data models with SAP Business Objects reporting tools (e.g., WebI), ensuring seamless end-to-end reporting.
