BI/BW Lead

Job Description:

• Solid experience in design, development, and delivery of end-to-end SAP BW solutions, including data modeling and reporting.
• Provide subject matter expertise in HR-related BW extractors and support integration with SAP HR and other functional modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized BW data models, queries, and reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain SAP BW data flows (DataSources, InfoObjects, DSO, InfoCubes etc.).
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and project timelines.
• Manage data extraction and integration from SAP ECC and other source systems into SAP BW, ensuring accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Drive performance optimization of data loads, queries, and reporting objects across the BW landscape.
• Lead SAP BW implementation projects including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support integration of BW data models with SAP Business Objects reporting tools (e.g., WebI), ensuring seamless end-to-end reporting.

Requirements:

• Require 8-12 years of experience.
• Preference for candidates in SG.
