Job Description: -
Must Have
1. SAP Basis
2. Oracel Database
3. SAP installation/upgrade Experience
Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.
Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle . Perform oracle administration task.
Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts
Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components
Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production)
Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.
Manager interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP
Configure and manage SAP printers
Hands-on experience in Managing JAVA stack.
Solution manager configuration & Maintenance
