Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) AMS Consultant to provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. The consultant will be responsible for supporting reporting, dashboards, planning models, and resolving production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide AMS support for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including incident management, service requests, and change requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAC reports, dashboards, and planning model issues.
• Monitor and maintain **SAC integrations with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Business Warehouse.
• Perform data validation, model maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Support data connections (Live and Import) between SAC and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Work on user access management, security roles, and governance in SAC.
• Provide L2/L3 support for business users and resolve functional/technical issues.
• Assist with enhancements, testing, and transport management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in AMS / production support environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAC Story, Applications, and Planning Models.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data actions, and predictive capabilities in SAC.
• Experience with Live and Import Data Connections.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, or other SAP data sources.
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with planning and forecasting in SAC.
• Knowledge of SAP data modeling concepts and analytics architecture.
• Exposure to SAP Datasphere or other SAP data platforms.
• Understanding of transport management and lifecycle management in SAC.
