Spend one year at our manufacturing site United States and one year at Modulus Singapore, working with cutting-edge technology that's redefining the industry. As part of a dynamic cohort, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop future-ready skills, and make a real impact as you explore, learn, and grow.

As a member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing plant as well as qualification activities and the technical/validation runs of new product to be transferred into our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to core GMP operations while developing valuable technical and operational experience in biologics manufacturing.

You will have routine operational responsibilities consisting of the following:

  • Perform and support commissioning and qualification activities of equipment including the associated digital systems (e.g., automation, MES, ERP, PCS).
  • Execute routine GMP manufacturing operations in compliance with established Process, Quality, and Safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas via standard housekeeping procedures.
  • Assist in regulatory readiness activities, including documentation and audit support.
  • Use key digital tools and automation platforms to perform manufacturing tasks and record operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.

As part of your learning journey, you will be gaining exposures in at least one of the below:

  • Upstream Manufacturing Process
  • Downstream Manufacturing Process
  • Central Manufacturing Services (Media & Buffer, Logistics)
  • Facility/Equipment Qualifications

Education

About you

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering

Skills

  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate across teams and cultures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
  • Curious and passionate about learning
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in technical writing, with a clear and structured approach to documenting processes and findings.
  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, ERP) is a plus.
