About The Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities - Conduct screening activities, including OFAC and Information Sharing, to ensure screening occurs as intended, alerts are actioned and resolved appropriately, and documentation and reporting supports the screening processes. - Escalate potential positive results from screening systems for further review - Complete regular and periodic training and coaching in various sanction and screening fields - Build strong partnerships with businesses to drive and accelerate the execution of sanctions programs that directly impact business performance. - Stay at the forefront of key regulatory changes to ensure proactive communication with business and implement appropriate policy and framework to manage the change - Be an active part of working groups aimed at enhancing sanctions compliance programs. Contribute to the development and implementation of improved processes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Base level knowledge of OFAC, UN and EU regulations and Sanctions - Excellent analytical skills and time management - Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years experience in sanction screening and review - Strong sense of urgency, accuracy and accountability responsive to time sensitive needs
