Sampling Officer

Responsibilities

1. Procurement of food samples for clients
2. Collection and submission of food and environmental samples to locations in Singapore
3. Possess Class 3 Driving License
4. Conduct environmental (air, swab, water) sampling
5. Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word, Excel
6. Familiar and/or willingness to learn about Codex Alimentarius / Food Code
7. Able to think on the feet
8. Any other duties assigned by supervisor
9. Good to have Food Safety Level 1, 3 or equivalent certifications
10. ITE qualifications above or equivalent
11. Compensation will be aligned with the applicant's skills, experience, and qualifications
