Where You'll Make a Difference
- Plan and schedule Sample Lab Work Orders in SAP PR1 based on daily compounding capacity.
- Release Production Orders in SAP according to raw material availability.
- Prepare and distribute shop floor documentation for compounders.
- Manage replacement batches for orders affected by quality issues.
- Assign packaging sizes on shop floor papers in line with customer specifications.
- Maintain the Sample Lab Working File to track daily orders and requests.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in Quality, Production, and Raw Material Planning to ensure efficient compounding operations.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification or higher.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working in environments with strong odours.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Willing to work overtime based on production demands.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Applies critical thinking to solve problems and make informed decisions.
