Sample Handler Executive, Science, Biomedical | Pharma MNC HVN

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Employment Type: Contract Position

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (5 days/week)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Looking to start your career in the Biomedical field We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Sample Handler to support the processing and management of clinical trial specimens in a leading Pharma MNC.

Key Responsibilities

. Receive and process incoming clinical trial sample shipments from various couriers.

. Verify, open, and prepare inbound shipments for laboratory processing.

. Ensure specimens are maintained under appropriate temperature conditions upon receipt.

. Scan and track shipments accurately within internal databases.

. Archive study documentation electronically using document management systems.

. Resolve shipment discrepancies and misrouted deliveries.

. Support kit receipt and inventory processes, progressing to independent handling upon completion of training.

. Ensure timely delivery of samples and study kits to relevant departments.

. Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation of all activities.

. Adhere strictly to company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

. Assist with after-hours and on-call duties when required.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related disciplines

Prior internship or laboratory experience will be advantageous

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
