Responsibilities
- Staff Management:Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, assist with hiring and training, and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer experiences and satisfaction, manage customer wait times, and address client feedback.
- Operations Management:Open and close the salon, manage inventory and stock ordering, and ensure the salon's overall profitability.
- Salon Maintenance:Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Business Support:Help manage marketing, advertising, and partner with suppliers for new products and discounts.
