Salon Operations Manager

Job Description

1. Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

3. Manage financial records, budgets, and cost control measures.

4. Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives.

5. Monitor business performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements.

6. Ensure high standard of customer service and enhance overall client experience.

7. Willingness to work long hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, six days per week. Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.

- Prior proven work experience in business operations or salon management is preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage a team effectively and drive business growth.

- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

- Willingness to work long hours and occasional overtime.
