Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the salon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, have strong leadership and customer service skills, and be capable of driving business growth through effective team management, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Hair Services

  • Provide haircuts, trims, and styling services for men, women, and/or children.
  • Perform hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups.
  • Offer hair treatments such as keratin, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments.
  • Recommend appropriate products and services based on client hair type and preferences.
  • Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hairstyling and color.

Client Experience

  • Greet and consult with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle client concerns professionally.

Salon Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with salon health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with general salon duties, including laundry, restocking, and reception support if required.

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring all services run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage staff schedules, appointments, and service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate salon staff (stylists, assistants, receptionists).
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Resolve staff issues and mediate conflicts when necessary.

Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Ensure an exceptional client experience from booking to service completion.
  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Build strong client relationships and promote customer loyalty programs.
