About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent people skills, a passion for customer service, and a good understanding of salon business management.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
. Lead, motivate, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, therapists, and front-desk team.
. Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive work culture.
. Handle customer service, including addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
. Drive sales of salon services, treatments, and retail products to achieve monthly targets.
. Plan and execute marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and events to attract and retain clients.
. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, prepare sales reports, and oversee cash flow.
. Maintain stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure proper inventory management.
. Ensure the salon complies with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
. Prepare administrative reports and support business growth strategies.
Requirements
. Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty/hair industry.
. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
. Good knowledge of salon services, treatments, and retail product sales.
. Ability to handle customer relations professionally and tactfully.
. Business-minded with the ability to achieve sales and profitability goals.
. Proficient in scheduling, reporting, and basic financial management.
. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
