Salon Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage and supervise therapists, beauty consultants and front desk staff.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, work schedules and productivity.
• Provide guidance and training to maintain high service and customer care standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets.
• Assist with promotions, marketing activities and customer engagement.
• Manage stock levels, products and salon supplies.
• Ensure the salon is clean, organised and professionally maintained.
• Handle daily administrative duties, cashiering and basic sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in salon, beauty, wellness or TCM-related industries.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
