[What the role is]
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is a strategic division within the corporate group dedicated to driving and overseeing digital transformation initiatives across IMDA. The DTO plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with IMDA's goals and objectives through the innovative use of emerging technology and data. By spearheading digital transformation initiatives, the DTO aims to revolutionize processes, elevate customer experiences, and foster a culture of innovation. Through collaboration with various departments, the DTO ensures that digital initiatives are integrated seamlessly across the organization, positioning IMDA to be at the forefront in the digital age.
[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture, coding, and integration.
- Customization & Configuration: Oversee and validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
- Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations and API connections with Salesforce.
- Agile & Scrum Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in projects, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation, including business processes, system architecture, and user guides. Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with security best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management and implementation.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications in Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Platform APP Builder)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce DevOps.
- Project Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
