The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a senior Salesforce leader to play a pivotal role across complex enterprise programmes, combining deep technical architecture expertise with strong commercial and client-facing capability. This role sits at the intersection of solution design, delivery governance, and strategic advisory, supporting both client transformation initiatives and business growth.

What You Will Be Doing

You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping Salesforce-based solutions across multiple clouds and industries. This includes defining architectural direction, validating solution quality, and guiding delivery teams through complex technical and operational challenges.

You will be actively involved in early-stage engagements, supporting opportunity shaping, technical discovery, and effort estimation. This role also plays a key part in developing proof-of-concept solutions around emerging Salesforce capabilities and translating business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.

Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the growth of the practice by developing reusable assets, strengthening delivery standards, and mentoring teams across the region. You will work closely with leadership to manage delivery risk, ensure commercial discipline, and promote consistent ways of working across markets.

Key Areas of Impact

. Defining and governing Salesforce solution and technical architectures across multi-cloud environments

. Providing technical oversight to ensure delivery quality, performance, and security standards

. Leading complex transformation initiatives involving integrations, automation, and DevOps practices

. Supporting pre-sales activities through solution design, estimation, and executive-level presentations

. Building and mentoring high-performing, geographically distributed delivery teams

. Developing thought leadership, accelerators, and architectural frameworks for repeatable delivery

. Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical and delivery issues

What We Are Looking For

You bring extensive experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, with the confidence to engage senior business and technology leaders. You are comfortable balancing hands-on architectural decision-making with strategic advisory and team leadership responsibilities.

You have a strong grasp of Salesforce core and industry cloud offerings and understand how to design solutions that meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements across sectors such as public services, financial services, and retail.

Background and Experience

. Degree-qualified in a relevant technical or engineering discipline

. Significant experience across Salesforce architecture, delivery leadership, and consulting roles

. Multiple Salesforce certifications demonstrating depth across platform and cloud capabilities

. Proven ability to lead solutioning discussions and guide teams through complex delivery scenarios

. Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting sales and growth initiatives

. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior audiences
