CRM Project Manager (Salesforce)

Overview

We are hiring a CRM Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of a Salesforce CRM platform within a large-scale digital transformation programme in the hospitality space.

This role operates within a consultancy-style environment, managing turnkey vendors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver a multi-million dollar CRM ecosystem across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements

  • Manage turnkey system integrators and technical vendors, ensuring delivery is aligned to scope, timeline, and quality expectations

  • Drive integration of Salesforce with existing enterprise systems such as customer platforms, loyalty systems, payment gateways, and internal applications

  • Oversee a cross-functional team of up to 20 members, including developers, business analysts, QA, and vendors across multiple workstreams

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into structured delivery plans and technical outcomes

  • Ensure strong project governance, including risk management, change control, budget tracking, and reporting to senior management

  • Support ongoing enhancements and optimisation of the CRM platform post-implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CRM implementations, ideally with exposure to Salesforce

  • Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, including customer data, loyalty, marketing, and system integrations

  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects in complex enterprise environments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to navigate large and senior stakeholder groups

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

  • Confident in managing vendors and holding them accountable for delivery outcomes

  • Experience working on bespoke or in-house developed systems would be an added advantage
