We are hiring a CRM Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of a Salesforce CRM platform within a large-scale digital transformation programme in the hospitality space.
This role operates within a consultancy-style environment, managing turnkey vendors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver a multi-million dollar CRM ecosystem across the organisation.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
Manage turnkey system integrators and technical vendors, ensuring delivery is aligned to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
Drive integration of Salesforce with existing enterprise systems such as customer platforms, loyalty systems, payment gateways, and internal applications
Oversee a cross-functional team of up to 20 members, including developers, business analysts, QA, and vendors across multiple workstreams
Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into structured delivery plans and technical outcomes
Ensure strong project governance, including risk management, change control, budget tracking, and reporting to senior management
Support ongoing enhancements and optimisation of the CRM platform post-implementation
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CRM implementations, ideally with exposure to Salesforce
Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, including customer data, loyalty, marketing, and system integrations
Experience managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects in complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to navigate large and senior stakeholder groups
Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Confident in managing vendors and holding them accountable for delivery outcomes
Experience working on bespoke or in-house developed systems would be an added advantage
