Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle for Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure feasibility with technical teams
- Review solution designs, integrations, data models, and configurations to ensure best practices are followed.
- Coordinate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Admins, and Integration teams..
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or digital transformation environments.
- 8+ years working specifically with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom solutions).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience delivering medium-to-large end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Experience managing offshore and onshore development teams.
- Background in enterprise environments with multi-cloud Salesforce landscapes.
