Job Description
We are seeking Salesforce Developers to support enterprise-level projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based applications, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.
Candidates with experience in Salesforce Industries and Omnistudio will have a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Perform application development using Salesforce configuration tools, and where required, Apex and Visualforce
- Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to build scalable and efficient solutions
- Support implementation and maintenance of Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications
- Assist in system integration, enhancement, and customization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Conduct testing and ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with project, security, and governance standards
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration
- Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and enterprise application environments is beneficial
Certifications (Minimum one required):
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
Other Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet delivery timelines
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level projects
- Exposure to Omnistudio advanced configurations
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, APIs, and packaged application development
