Job Description
Support Finance, Risk & Compliance functions by providing administrative, coordination, and operational support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly meetings and prepare reports for Finance and Risk & Compliance teams
  • Track and update sales pipeline and revenue data in Salesforce
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics
  • Process timesheets, expenses, and visitor arrangements
  • Organize team meetings and support client events (e.g., workshops, roundtables)

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
