Job Description
Support Finance, Risk & Compliance functions by providing administrative, coordination, and operational support to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly meetings and prepare reports for Finance and Risk & Compliance teams
- Track and update sales pipeline and revenue data in Salesforce
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics
- Process timesheets, expenses, and visitor arrangements
- Organize team meetings and support client events (e.g., workshops, roundtables)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
