We are hiring experienced Salesforce professionals (Architects and Engineers) to join a Digital Transformation Office. This team drives enterprise-wide initiatives, leveraging Salesforce and emerging technologies to enhance systems, processes, and user experience across the organisation.
This role offers opportunities at both Architect and Engineer levels, depending on experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling enterprise Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design (Architect focus):
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud
- Define scalable data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns
- Lead technical design sessions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
Development & Engineering (Engineer focus):
- Develop and customise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs
- Build integrations with internal and external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Shared Responsibilities:
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
- Manage security, access controls, and compliance (e.g. PDPA)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing platform enhancements
Requirements
For Architect-level candidates:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture ownership
- Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
- Deep knowledge of data modelling, integrations, and security frameworks
- Experience with DevOps, governance, and enterprise-scale implementations
- Salesforce certifications (CTA or progressing toward CTA preferred)
For Engineer-level candidates:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data modelling
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) preferred
