Salesforce Developer (Low Code)

Job Description

. We are seeking a skilled Low-Code Engineer with Salesforce expertise to design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across one or more Salesforce Clouds and strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative / low-code tools.

. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and process automation.

. Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

. Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making.

. Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and configuration guides.

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

. Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Required Experience & Skills

. Hands-on experience in at least one Salesforce Cloud: Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Data Cloud Experience Cloud Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform configuration.

. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).

. Experience in low-code solution design and process automation.

. Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills.

. Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
