Overview:
We are looking for a number of Salesforce Developers (Junior to Senior level) with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, preferably within Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and enhance system functionality through configurations and, where required, Apex or Visualforce customizations.
- Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (including Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions.
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
- Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design and configuration for system integrations and customizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge in Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, and Software Platforms is beneficial
- At least to have one of the certificate: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative, efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key technical decisions.
