• Design, build, and configure enterprise-grade applications to meet complex business process and architectural requirements.

• Develop scalable system functionalities leveraging low-code tools and, where necessary, advanced custom coding for tailored solutions.

• Implement and optimize digital engagement components, including automated workflows and data integration procedures.

• Lead technical analysis for system integrations and customizations, ensuring long-term stability and high reliability.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate user stories into technical deliverables while providing mentorship and best-practice guidance to the wider team.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 2 to 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development (Junior to Senior levels considered).

• Mandatory certification in at least one of the following: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or JavaScript Developer I.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors (Omnistudio).

• Proven experience or strong knowledge in Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or specialized industry-specific cloud modules.

• Technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex system customizations.

• Familiarity with packaged application integration, software platform estimation, and modern API methodologies.
