Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Cloud

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging and user-friendly digital experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing community solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce development, web technologies, and user experience principles will be crucial in delivering exceptional online experiences for our customers, partners, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites to meet business needs and user requirements.
- Implement branding, styling, and user interface enhancements to create visually appealing and consistent digital experiences.
- Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Aura components, and Apex code to extend Experience Cloud functionality.
- Configure and manage Experience Cloud features, including topics, knowledge base, case management, and collaboration tools.
- Perform front-end site customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- 23 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong experience with Lightning Experience and App/Experience Builder.
- Hands-on experience with front-end customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working with Singapore government projects is a plus.
