Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce-based solutions that deliver business value to customers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business analysts to build scalable and high-quality solutions while following development standards and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and analysts to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Analyze technical requirements and independently own assigned work items to deliver required functionalities.
• Recommend alternative technical approaches and improvements based on development experience and best practices.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, and Visualforce.
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform components including:
• Custom Objects
• Page Layouts
• Fields
• Record Types
• Validation Rules and Workflows
• Follow established technical governance, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and implementation documents.
• Participate throughout the project lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues in a timely manner.
• Identify technical risks proactively, recommend mitigation plans, and communicate concerns to project stakeholders.
• Support release management, deployment activities, and CI/CD implementation where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Salesforce certifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in:
• Apex Classes and Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce Development
• Salesforce Configuration and Customization
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development lifecycle, deployment, and system configuration.
• Knowledge of software delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments is preferred.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, release management, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver within timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous:
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• OmniStudio Developer
• JavaScript Developer I
• Salesforce Consultant Certifications
• Experience working with public sector projects is preferred but not mandatory.
