We are partnered with an established organisation to look for a Salesforce Architect.
You will join a central transformation team that drives enterprise digital initiatives. The team focuses on modernising platforms, improving user journeys, and embedding data-driven decision making. You will work across multiple business units to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution design across core clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud
- Define data structures, access controls, and integration approaches that scale across regions and business lines
- Apply API-first and modular design principles to support extensibility
- Lead architecture workshops and produce high-level and low-level design artefacts
- Set development and configuration standards across Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
- Establish controls for code quality, data integrity, and platform usage
- Define release processes and environment strategies across development lifecycles
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements such as data protection frameworks
- Review and approve technical designs to maintain consistency and reduce risk
- Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure disciplined DevOps practices
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce platforms, including several years in an architecture capacity
- Strong hands-on capability across core Salesforce clouds and platform features
- Experience with Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and platform security
- Deep understanding of data modelling, access controls, and platform limitations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Salesforce certifications across architecture domains are advantageous
- Exposure to advanced capabilities such as analytics, marketing platforms, or data cloud solutions
- Experience operating within structured governance and compliance environments
