Title : SalesForce Application development / Tech Lead

Project Overview:

A new application is being developed to empower the WW Enterprise Sales Team in managing their sales use-cases and CRM-related requirements efficiently.

Key Details:

Internal Application:

The core system will be built on Salesforce Sales Cloud, serving as an internal platform for sales representatives and managers to track, manage, and analyze enterprise sales activities.

It will streamline workflows, enhance visibility into the sales pipeline, and integrate seamlessly with existing Salesforce modules.

External Interface:

In addition to the internal tool, an external, customer-facing portal will be created using Salesforce Digital Experience (Experience Cloud).

This portal will allow customers and partners to interact with the sales team, submit requests, view updates, and manage collaboration more effectively.

Required Skills:

Salesforce Development: Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

UI/UX Design: Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both internal and external users.

Web Development: Strong front-end and back-end web development skills to build responsive and efficient web experiences integrated with Salesforce.

Experience on the following key areas are required

Salesforce Sales Cloud - Customization, configuration, and development.

Salesforce Experience Cloud (Digital Experience) - Building and managing external portals.

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) - For Salesforce application development.

UI/UX Design - Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Web Development - Front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).

Knowledge of sales workflows and customer relationship management.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems or APIs.

Ability to manage, analyze, and visualize sales data.
