Job Summary

As a Pricing Analyst, you will support Sales Variance operations across the APD region and contribute to ongoing Sales Variance evolution projects. This position is part of a key support team for the industry marketing/sales teams and the dealers. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and approving claims and programs, conducting audit. Your daily task will include advising dealers and business partners on claims and compliance guidance and acting as a trusted advisor to sales and pricing teams. You will help ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processes while continuously improving ways of working through effective use of resources and technology.

What You Will Do

  • Daily review and approval of claims for Asia Pacific as well as supporting globally during peak activities.
  • Regular review and approval of Merchandising programs with a focus on compliance.
  • Support the Pricing Solution Team on commercial consultation as needed.
  • Lead system training for program creators and dealers.
  • Subject Matter Expert / Lead on specific sales variance related projects.
  • Support on Compliance / Audit processes.
  • UAT (User acceptance Testing) activities for PSCS as needed.

  • Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Effectively organizes work, manages competing priorities, and focuses efforts on activities that deliver the greatest business impact.

Effective Communications

  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Top Candidates Will Also Have

  • University Degree in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent experience.
  • Track record in claims processing and/or auditing
  • Proven expertise in Sales Variance and/or Parts Pricing
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

Additional Information

  • This role requires limited business travel - less than 5% of working time.
  • This position requires working onsite five days a week
